Tantra 1 for Men

Tantra is an ancient set of principles that promote enlightenment through the erotic body and senses. Come to learn how to have a sexier, more juicy life by incorporating these principles into your existence.

 The goal of Tantra is the marriage of masculine and feminine within yourself. Erotic exchanges can bring many facets of that union outside, where it can be worked with visibly and energetically. In a safe and facilitated space, you'll learn more about erotic touch, the power of conscious breath, movement and meditation, techniques to identify and play with erotic habits, exercises to help you acknowledge your deepest desires, ways to strengthen abilities to acknowledge erotic desires, and explore the remarkable healing power of deep pleasure. This workshop is hands- on,  part lecture, sometimes clothes-off, and is open to all men who are willing to fine- tune their capacity for pleasure and appreciation of the yin and yang flow between men.

Utilizing this ancient set of sacred principles and practices, come explore and enhance your erotic capabilities. Deeply connect with other men to explore the healing connection between sex and spirit.

Celebrating the Body Erotic (CBE)-

 Come explore your erotic potential through the mind, the body and the heart using conscious breath, movement, process work and massage. When men take responsibility for their erotic education, they realize how much there is to learn about awakening the erotic energy that lies within all of us. They begin to realize the satisfaction that comes from learning how to both give and receive pleasure through erotic touch. The workshop focuses on the entire body and is conducted in a setting that is playful, safe and honoring. A few benefits of this work are:

• The participant gains greater acceptance of himself as an erotic being, both physically and mentally.

• He discovers ways to develop a more satisfying erotic relationship with others.

• He becomes more aware of spiritual dimensions in his erotic explorations.

Celebrating the Body Erotic is a full two-day (one evening and two days at residential locations), often clothes-off workshop (9am-7pm) for those who are ready to vigorously explore new levels of feeling, both within themselves and within a community of men.
